T#019 WHAT THE CHURCH REALLY OUGHT-TO-BE!



THE CHURCH

still on earth

comprises

ALL

of

GOD’s called-outs

of THIS WORLD

 particularly
from ITS

SYSTEMS

&

PURSUITS
for RECOGNITION, FAME, FORTUNE,
INFLUENCE & CONTROL, POSITION, POWER,
SOVEREIGNTY

  • into HIS marvelous ENLIGHTMENT ON THE ABOVE MATTERS (>>1st Peter 2:9)
  • without even being physically removed from our WORLDs of the ARTS & SCIENCES, BUSINESSES, RELIGIONS, GOVERNMENTS, SPORTS, even HOBBIES, etc. we find ourselves now & then AMONG
  • but who eventually will attitudinally consider 
  • &/or may have already considered ourselves
  • --- merely as strangers in THIS WORLD after we realized ---
  • we are/were purposely scattered on earth
  • yet chosen overcomers to these wordly systems & concerns according to the foreknowledge of GOD in keeping with our pilgrim status HERE!
  • (>>1st Peter 1:1-2)


 THE CHURCH
is AN ORGANISM ....

{... not an organization 
nor organizations }

of believers in THE LORDSHIP
& THE CHRISTHOOD OF
JESUS

.... by our own ....
..... REALIZATION .....
>>Acts 2:36

  • [.... not by their responding to the human command:
  • "ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST IN YOUR HEART & YOU ARE SAVED RIGHT NOW." ....]

>>>of THE REPENTANT first ....
>>Acts 2:38

  • before they ought to be baptized ---
  • not for any other reason

BUT .... for the summary
remission of all their sinnings

  • they committed prior to their BELIEF in
  • & their REALIZATION of THE LORDSHIP & THE CHRISTHOOD of JESUS ---

from their personal
perspective gyud

  • (>>Acts 2:36-37, >>1st Corinthians 12:12-14)
  • thereafter serving one another (>>1st Corinthians 12:25)

as brothers' keepers one to another (>>Genesis 4:9) 
 
  • edifying one another (>>Ephesians 4:16)
  • under the headship of
  • & the articulation

under the thinking, seeing,
observing of & finally
moving to action 

  • by THE LORD JESUS THE CHRIST
  • (>>Ephesians 1:22-23, >>Colossians 1:18) .... 

including them who
still  have to get discipled

  • with or even without their having joined organized FELLOWSHIPS yet

In all cases,

THE New COVENANT cites

 THE CHURCH as
always A PEOPLE

 (>>1st Corinthians 1:2)

and not and never
a building,

  • meeting either in their homes
  • (>>Romans 16:5, >>1st Corinthians 16:19, >>Philemon 2)
  • for their breaking of the bread,
  • their prayings,
  • their studies of THE WORD of GOD ---

that THEY be understood
and lived by them --

  • for their singings and their FELLOWSHIPS
  • (>>Acts 2:42, 45-47)
  • (>>1st Cor 14:15)
  • or even meeting in The Temple Courts >>>
  • [which by then have ceased to be their own
  • when they professed JESUS THE CHRIST
  • as their LORD and CHRIST]
  • >>> just to reach out their fellow Jews

who have continued to remain
in their former Jewish religion

  • at their traditional hours of prayer (>>Acts 3:1).

Yes, THE CHURCH
that we find ourselves
together with --- and

 always just a part of

 was designed by

  • our BOSS, OWNER, COMMANDER, ---

to be greeted by us
as our LORD

and

to be referred by us
as THE CHRIST ---

  • our SAVIOR, KING, CHIEF-PRIEST and JUDGE NOW(!)

to meet where we 
can and choose to,

  • from time to time,
  • to be able TO DO TO ONE ANOTHER
  • such as those listed in >>>T#010!

  • even in THE INTERNET

  • and THE DIGITAL WORLD !!!!

We are to FELLOWSHIP
with one another

 according to

 >>>T#011 ---

  • that later, as we manifest HIM observably
  • as our LORD & THE CHRIST
  • as we enjoy the favor
  • of the people around us,

THE LORD HIMSELF
[not we]

 adds to our 
number in our GATHERINGS

  • (>>Acts 2:47) 
  • such as they who are being saved by HIM.

We are not anymore to
regularly meet
together in one specific or
permanent place as did
THE JEWS under
The Old Covenant then

  • --- so as not to give the devil
  • neither claim, nor basis, nay strength
  • fool anyone to call the place we meet
  • “the church”
  • or the building
  • as the place 
  • for worship

because unlike
THE JEWS then,

  • we already have GOD individually in us
  • the moment we were AMNESTIED -----
  • (>>Acts 2:36-38)

<<<< summarily forgiven of all our sinnings @ that precise moment >>>>

  •  and

<<<< we consequently among others,
  • received

THE INDWELLING of The Holy Spirit..>>>>


WE ARE TO WORSHIP
HIM in OUR spirit,

 wherever & whenever we
are prodded to by HIM

 in the manner strictly
IN ACCORDANCE TO
THE SCRIPTURES

 in keeping with
THE TRUTH
(>>>T#012).

  • NICOLAITANS
  • of our time are responsible(!)

for the mess obtaining

in CHRISTENDOM now(!)

  • .... and their number, attitudes, actuations, behaviors, and opposing doctrines
  • are continuously proliferating without let-up
  • to the devils’ happiness!!!

 There has
always been only

 ONE (1) CHURCH

 (>>Matthew 16:18,
>>Ephesians
4:4 >>5:23,
>>1st Corinthians
12:12).

  • THE CHURCH when seen meeting any where
  • ought-to-be referred to
  • clearly and unchangeably as

 just only-a-part-of
THE ONE CHURCH

  • reckoned always with
  • THE ONE SHE
  • forms a-part-of but
  • --- scattered thinly in this world for maximum efficacy like unbranded salt is scattered when applied  (>>Matthew 5:13)
  • --- flashed as light purposely without advance notice & introduction for maximum efficacy (>>Matthew 5:14-16)
  • effective in that way every where in this wide world (>>Philippians 2:12-16)
  • currently and even throughout the past
  • & this generation.

We are

 not to be
members of

 THE CHURCH;

  • but, PART OF
  • THE CHURCH
  • VIA exactly the same way
  • The INITIAL 3,000 Individual JEWS as yet then

were brought into through
THE PREACHING of

 the apostles then

  • who constituted THE CHURCH initially
  • on that Pentecost Day of A.D. 33
  • and thereafter similarly with the same 3,000 souls ---- 

we ought to be added to them

  • in THE same METHODOLOGY
  • unta tu as recorded in >>Acts 2:47

THE LORD
HIMSELF adding us

 as part of HIS CHURCH ---

 not of the way
those denominationalist-
NICOLAITANS

 make us members of
THEIR respective churches! 
or RELIGIONS!

  • Dividing among themselves THE -1- CHURCH
  • as in their planting their own respective churches
  • by THESE NICOLAITANS around
  • lording it over them
  • ----- is SIN!!!
  • (>>1st Corinthians 1:10, >>John 17:20-23).

SECTARIANISM and/or

 DENOMINATIONALISM

 is disastrous(!!!!)

  • both to HUMANITY and THE CHURCH.
  • Individually but even collectively 
  • --- but as DISCREETLY as we can,
  • we ought not to make ourselves members of their churches
  • BUT even more discreetly
  • EXPOSE ourselves to some of their members
  • we endeavor to FELLOWSHIP with 

------ in obedience to

 the strategy under

>>1st Corinthians 9:19-23

  • despite the obvious hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfishness, ambition, dissensions & factions
  • characterizing their churches
  • but they are in vain trying to hide
  • .... that sets people apart from inheriting
  • THE KINGDOM of GOD (>>Galatians 5:20-21).

 The word “churches”
appearing in
THE New COVENANT
a little more than 30 times

was never used to
designate different kinds of
churches, sects, or religions.

  • Where we find the plural churches,
  • reference is made to the different denominations
  • in all those named places and elsewhere
  • with such particular CORRUPTIONS

 as are called for
to be
corrected, changed &
the least OVERCOME

  • --- that their intended ONENESS
  • despite their being in different places and time
  • MAY BE MANIFESTED
  • BY ALL the called-out {ekklesia} by GOD
  • WHOSOEVER will heed such call
  • in THEIR RESPECTIVE SITUATIONS.

They were & are
not different
kinds of churches

 but

 THE ONE CHURCH
gathered at
different places as

 THE CHRISTENDOM
that we have become

  • continuingly subjected to THE CORRUPTIONS
  • coming from both
  • UNBELIEVERS and
  • FELLOW BELIEVERS
  • as prophesied then by Paul
  • as recorded by Luke in >>Acts 20:29 & 30.

These corruptions are

 all but changes, innovations,
additions, subtractions and
contradictions

 to what are prescribed
as should have been

 PROPER ACTUATIONS,
METHODOLOGIES,
TEACHINGS & BEHAVIORS

 under 
THE New COVENANT.

  • The changes, innovations, additions, and subtractions to THE WAY of living
  • as prescribed for THE NEW HUMANITY under THE NEW COVENANT
  • are the reasons why there are
  • these different kinds of differently named churches
  • around us today.

It is through
these written two (2)
sets of epistles
by Paul & John

  • that we (individually)
  • in THE CHURCH in any particular place
  • we find ourselves,
  • ought-to-know
  • just what specifically these are
  •  --- that we have to correct and OVERCOME

as to put to minimum,
the adverse effects
in our respective
life situations.

  • It is precisely for this purpose
  • ---- for our OVERCOMING
  • ---- that such letters written for them
  • then EVERYWHERE
  • ---- also applies NOW(!)
  • to the already repentant but
  • still to-be-baptized believers in JESUS
  • as their LORD & their CHRIST
  • and ought-not-just their SAVIOR only

It is because of
these actuations, attitudes, behaviors, works, organizational set-ups, patterns, methodologies, and teachings

  • of THESE NICOLAITANS among us in THE CHURCH
  • which have not been fully overcome
  • by our predecessors then and
  • ---- by us, as yet now(!)-- individually 
  • --- that these differing practices, traditions, laws, rules, regulations, codes of conduct, constitution and by-laws, SEC registration and property ownerships
  • coming from men & their ORGANIZATIONS
  • .... and largely because harmless, necessary, and practical they really seem
  • .... are all still with them and with many of us .......


that the completeness
of THE SCRIPTURE
for the purpose of
thoroughly equipping
us
for every good work

 (>>2nd Timothy
3:16-17)

is continuingly
contradicted
by them & us!!!!


  • All these manifest contradictions to the completeness of THE SCRIPTURE
  • for the purpose of supposedly “thoroughly equipping their churches for every good work”

have made
THE -1- CHURCH

  • into numerous and constantly increasing in number
  • mere human institutions under them
  • with only mere taints, if at all, of spirituality
  •  and evidently 100% of just religiousity

---- which is the subject of
the prodding for abandonment

  • by these shaking of all things
  • we are ALL presently(!) experiencing (>>>T#088)
  • but we are sadly not responding to!
THE New COVENANT
in all its completeness
teaches

THE CHURCH how we

 individually
but resultantly thereafter
collectively 

must conduct ourselves

in GOD’s household
as we are also referred to

(>>1st Timothy 3:15).

  • If we only know THE LORD JESUS,
  •  ---- BUT NOT HAVE that personal relationship with HIM
  • as HIS OVERCOMERS ----
  • particularly in relation to HIS construction design & methodologies of
  • HIS mystical BODY ---- THE CHURCH

as our CHIEF-PRIEST
& JUDGE NOW(!)

---- TO HEED & OBEY now(!),

  • vis-a-vis
  • these advocacies
  • of these denominationalists around
  • claiming personal relationships with JESUS
  • based on how they are participating in their group activities, shows & celebrations
  • & on how they are faring in their ministries 
  • ---- we will just ignore the way some brothers and sisters of ours
  • walk according to their own ministries
  • “for THE LORD” they repeatedly say notwithstanding. 
BECAUSE we do not
as yet really know

 THE LORD and
HIS CHURCH

 sufficiently enough,

  • we find nothing wrong with our fellow believers’ RELIGIOUS' behaviors & teachings
  • [on their prayer rallies, acts of benevolence, charity, giving, fasting, vis-a-vis
  • and more so, their shows, rituals, fiesta celebrations
  • they call devotions according to their denomination’s criteria, practices and standards (>>>T#041) of piety & religiousity]!!!!  
  • We tolerate those walks of our fellow believers

only because we
are not as yet

 as faithful as

 we know we

 ought to be to THE CHRIST.

  • Our lack of faithfulness to THE LORD is due to the fact that we still do not have that realization of how THE LORD:

 condemns
DENOMINATIONALISM
and hates all these 
behaviors, doctrines,
rituals and activities
of religiousity
by denominationalists

 as SINNING!!!

  • Yet, they are clearly put across to us
  • for our answerability

per >>Leviticus 5:17

  • to be easily understood
  • from and as explained from >>Revelation 2:1 to 3:22
  • which is actually
  • THE HISTORY & METAMORPHOSIS of
  • THE ONE CHURCH
  • after all the apostles have died
  • written in advance in sometime A.D. 96.
  • We must discern very carefully between

working for THE LORD JESUS

  • (sounds very great --- even far greater when reckoned with their preparations & budgets & their worldly impacts --- but actually a deception just the same, by Satan!)

and working with
THE LORD JESUS
in HIS CHURCH

(>>Mark 16:20),

  • which we ought to be doing starting NOW(!)
  • HIM with increasing devotion and consistency!!!!

THE DECISION is
in us individually

  • as a challenge to our faith and COURAGE.
  • We only have the balance of our respective LIFEtimes
  • to take the concept of THE CHURCH to action!

THE CHURCH must not
remain a great idea.

  • SHE must be A REALITY in & thru us.
  • SHE will be!!!!
  • JESUS HIMSELF prayed
  • that HIS followers might be one
  • (>>John 17:20-23)
  • The apostles of THE CHRIST stressed the need for unity
  • (>>1st Corinthians 1:10-13).
  • No wonder THE LORD laid out
  • the fundamentals for our UNITY
  • in >>Ephesians 4:4-6.

As we go for THIS UNITY however,
we will not be in unity with

 THE MANY

who opt for the maintenance
and tolerance
of these corruptions.

  • THE CALL is for us to be OVERCOMERS
  • individually sent out
  • as lambs before wolves
  • >>Luke 10:3

to put to minimum adverse effect

  • these changes, innovations, methodologies, additions and subtractions
  • to what are in THE BIBLE
  • ---- these NICOLAITANS
  • we are with
  • and still ---- insisting with us now(!)
  • that we still observe and follow.
  • We just have to be always ready
  • to make a defense to everyone who asks us to give an account
  • for the hope that is in us
  • yet with gentleness and reverence
  • (>>1st Peter 3:15) 
  • and not the way of religionists
  • we encounter around
  • whose behaviors and teachings
  • JESUS THE CHRIST HATES
  • as recorded in >>Revelation 2:6 and >>2:15
  • because they are both contrary to
  • and foreign to
  • THE NEW COVENANT!
Behaving as
insignificant and utterly
helpless

in our leaderless situations

 as we find ourselves
always scattered ----

is to be effective for
THE LORD JESUS
THE CHRIST.


To be spiritually-wise
in this world
according to

 >>Proverbs 30:24-28

 is TO LIVE as

 just A PART of

 THE
organism
CHURCH 


having no chief, officer, ruler

 (of our kind - human being)

nay, government,
organizations 
and
positions among us

 to turn to for
strength & support:


1. Like the ANTS
  • we are to be prudent
  • >>Proverbs 30:25
  • in our individual search
  • >>Proverbs 6:6-8
  • for spiritual food
  • for our LIFE’s security 
2.Like the RABBITS of the wilderness
  • we are to make
  • safety and hygiene
  • >>Proverbs 30:26
  • our top individual priority
  • in our living place

that --- we are
to get ourselves unstained
by THE WORLD,

  • even and more so to be precise,
  • from THE WORLD of GOVERNANCES, ACCEPTANCE, & FAME:

  • [1] in religions & local churches,
  • [2] in partisan politics,
  • [3] in some malpractices of the commerce & industry sector
  • [4] in the culture, arts & entertainment
  • (>>James 1:27)!

3.Like the LOCUSTS
  • operating individually but in ranks,
  • succeeding with fast devastating effect
  • --- we are to be effective for THE LORD in our activities
  • but only as we are UNITED
  • >>Proverbs 30:27
  • and IN THE CHRIST
  • (>>>T#045 if you find still necessary).
Finally,

4. Like the SPIDERS
  • We are to be found everywhere,
  • >>Proverbs 30:28
  • in lowly poor man’s shacks
  • as well as in the high and mighty places of kings
  • even in their palaces' ceilings;
  • driven away occasionally;
  • yet, back in all security just the same.

We are to get ourselves
well-circulated
in these various worlds,

  • away even from our comfort zones --- 

that we, The
INDIVIDUAL Saints, 

  • parts of THE CHURCH,
  • can effectively get overcomed
  • those particular corruptions
  • we meet therein & among
  • and make others we find among
  • irregardless of where they are

OVERCOME too

  • for further new fresh personal insights!)

as purposed, planned,
& getting implemented
by

  • THE FOUNDER HIMSELF --- THE LORD JESUS THE CHRIST

through us
when we answer


  • HIS CALL for OVERCOMERS
  • by & through each one of us via our individual obedience!!!!
