OUR PROBLEM IS:

I was like that when we had for our City Mayor then, Mayor Ronald Duterte. He in fact knew me personally and I considered him a very good friend. Yet, all those years of martial law, I didn't pay my real estate taxes to the city. That tantamounted to not acknowledging him as my Mayor and not making myself subject to him, despite we meet as friends in many public functions. If he only did check my records then, surely I would have been embarrassed to have been found out that friends as we are, I was not living it up to being his subject as a citizen of Cebu City of which he was Mayor!
