THE Individual OVERCOMER:
[Cv1:2] ~ “Kiss me again and again, for YOUR love is sweeter than wine. [Cv1:3] ~ How fragrant YOUR cologne, and how great is YOUR name! No wonder all the young girls love YOU! [Cv1:4] ~ Take me always with YOU; come let us run!” “THE KING has brought me into HIS authority. How happy we shall continue to be! YOUR love is better than wine. No wonder all the young girls love YOU!

in order to love HIM

the believer is first brought by JESUS to HIMSELF (“in THE CHRIST” — >>Galatians 3:26-27, >>Romans13:14)

as HIS subject “in HIS KINGDOM” (>>Matthew 25:1-13, (>>>T#017),

before we are to be HIS lover

ready to be brought to one ecstatic state to another by HIMSELF.

What cheers us up
and refreshes

us as HIS lover

is HIS LOVE (wine) and

what relieves us with enduring relief from our worldly cares

is HIS PERSON (ointment).

Because HE is
in us in our time NOW(!)

indwelling us as The Holy Spirit

since our AMNESTY
AVAILMENT,

HIS INVISIBLE but UNDENIABLE PRESENCE (cologne)

fills our surrounding air with pleasant aroma

that makes us all the more long to caress and embrace HIM.

This prodding to love HIM
and our submitting to
HIS AUTHORITY as our KING

is supposed to be enhanced by our increasing awareness

that it is not only we who love HIM

but also there are those who are even more naturally attractive to HIM than us!

Hence, our desire
to have HIM

for ourselves now(!)
(UNTA!) and not any later.

THE Individual OVERCOMER:
[Cv1:5] ~ “I am dark but beautiful, O girls of Jerusalem, tanned as the dark tents of Kedar.”

Yes, we OVERCOMERS are truly not attractive

when compared to our fellow believers.

In fact, our inferiorities are our stand-out features before them.

Unlike them we are seen exposed to the sun without the kind of protection

they claim to have; such as ~~affiliations, bondings, organizations, facilities, fundings, programs, sponsors, titles~~, etc..

JESUS: “But lovely as the silken tents of Solomon!”

But no less than our LOVER HIMSELF

THE LORD JESUS wants us to know

through The Holy Spirit in us

we have been justified by HIS substitutionary death

for the remission of our sinnings

and so has turned us from being the dark tents of Kedar

to being the silken tents of Solomon,

from being away from grandeur then

to being in the very place
of grandeur itself.

THE Individual OVERCOMER:
[Cv1:6] ~ “Don’t look down on me, you city girls, just because my complexion is so dark – the sun has tanned me. My ~~brothers~~ were angry with me and sent me out into the sun to tend the vineyards, but see what it has done to me!”

We are to plead
and not contest

with those of our fellow
believers our situation in life;

more clearly with our ~~leaders~~,

even if ~~they~~ refer to us as

“rolling stones that gather no moss”

“lost command”

"without ordination" or

“wandering stars”

as ~~they~~ are wont to say.

Paupoy-upoy lang gyud ta
in keeping with our LOVER’s
PLAN in >>Revelation 3:8!

Yes, our more position-assertive fellow believers in the different churches around {>>>T#009} and {>>>T#025}

will not share with us

the work of tending

under THE UNIVERSAL PRIESTHOOD of EVERY BELIEVER in THE LORDSHIP & CHRISTHOOD of JESUS

“~~their~~” claimed vineyard

“~~their~~ church” and

are getting us out in the field

to where we are working,

(>>Mark 16:20) and thank GOD,

with THE LORD!

Yes, that’s where
we should be

because the much fruit we are to bear (>>John 15:8, >>Galatians 5:22-23)

is produced and is truly gathered from the vine and branches in the fields

and not inside ~~their~~ church ~~buildings~~

where ~~they~~ work and gather by ~~themselves~~ and

without THE LORD because

THE LORD

does not anymore
dwell in temples

made with hands

(as HE did in The Old
Covenant Times)

(>>Acts 7:48 repeated
in >>Acts 17:24)!

THE Individual OVERCOMER:
[Cv1:7] ~ “Tell me, O ONE I love, where are YOU leading YOUR flock today? Where will YOU be at noon? For I will come and join YOU there instead of wandering like a vagabond among the ~~flocks~~ of YOUR ~~companions~~.”

Yes, we-OVERCOMERS
are tempted

to think of finding rest from our work

of tending HIS FLOCK (>>Luke 12:32)

---(HIS CHURCH)

at mid-day with HIM.

But, we are to realize:

we are to wander among the different denominations and churches

--- ~~the flocks~~ of THE LORD’s companions

—- mere companions

as was the case of Cleofas and his travel mate

until they encountered
THE RESURRECTED JESUS

in >>Luke 24:13-35

“their flocks”

--- they whom we are to get to HIS KINGSHIP first {>>>T#017},

before they
can expect to be
HIS lover

as our co-OVERCOMERS!

There is just too much to make JESUS’s companions

in the different denominations or churches now(!)

to be aware of
what these are that are

to be OVERCOME by them

--- only by our continued

association with them!

JESUS:
[Cv1:8] ~ “If you don’t know, O most beautiful woman in all the world, follow the trail of MY flock to the shepherds’ tents, and there feed your sheep and ~~their~~ lambs. [Cv1:9] ~ What a lovely filly you are, MY love! [C1:10] ~ How lovely your cheeks are, with your hair falling down upon them! How stately your neck with that long string of jewels. [Cv1:11] ~ WE (together with The Father and The Holy Spirit) shall make you golden earrings and silver beads.”

In THE LORD’s work

OVERCOMERS can find no rest

working under THE UNIVERSAL PRIESTHOOD of our CHIEF-PRIEST

as THE CHRIST must be to us.

We are to be HIS
ever-involved feeders

of HIS WORD

even as JESUS leads us
by getting us

to follow the trail and activities

of HIS FLOCK-HIS ELECT

in the many denominations and churches

even to the places where their pastors

feed them with ~~their~~ doctrines and opinions

via ~~their~~ assertive behaviors.

Truly, it's not organizations

(such as seminaries,
bible schools, mission
societies, religious orders,
ministries, etc.)

that give out teachers

but JESUS THE CHRIST HIMSELF

(>>Ephesians 4:11-13)!

HE provides us with HIS WORD

to feed some of HIS sheep and lambs

in and among them whose denominations’ ~~pastors~~

are feeding ~~their~~ doctrines to ~~their~~ financial supporters (>>Revelation 2:15).

The Holy Spirit
was given to us

to indwell each one of us, (>>>T#029)

as well as with our fellow-OVERCOMERS

by JESUS HIMSELF

when we obeyed (>>Acts 5:32)

the 1st three do-or-die commands:

*BELIEVE

IN THE LORDSHIP &
CHRISTHOOD
OF JESUS

**REPENT

***BE BAPTIZED

--- commands that deal with
our sinnings

per HIS COVENANT ---

as did the first 3,000 souls on that Pentecost Day, A.D. 33

as recorded for our reckoning in >>Acts 2:36-39

resulting to each one of us given THE GRACE

according to the measure OF THE CHRIST’s gift (>>Ephesians 4:7)

to adorn us with DIVINE HUMANITY (GODLY LIFE)

as we continue to hear and obey

HIS WORD (golden earrings)

revealing
THE REDEMPTION WORK

of THE CHRIST

(beads of silver)

no matter where
our attention goes.

THE Individual OVERCOMER:
[Cv1:12] ~ THE KING reclines on HIS couch at the table, enchanted by the fragrance of my perfume. [Cv1:13] ~ My BELOVED ONE is a sachet of myrrh lying between my breasts.” [Cv1:14] ~ My BELOVED is to me a cluster of henna blossoms from the vineyards of En-Gedi.

TO WORK for OVERCOMERS

by dispensing HIS WORD

to the assigned would-be OVERCOMERS

among and within these churches with different names

is to make THE RESURRECTED JESUS

now(!) our KING (in heaven)

relax and in turn be enchanted with the aroma and fragrance

WHO IS HE HIMSELF

as we perform
the role of being

HIS

ANGEL or MESSENGER

by the spread of HIS WORD for some OVERCOMERS-to-be

among them in the different denominations around!

When night time comes,

we embrace and enjoy JESUS

in love and faith (>>1st Timothy 1:14)

in our breasts (>>1st Thessalonians 5:8)

in HIS death or physical separation from the world

as sachet of myrrh!

When in gatherings
where we interact
with OVERCOMERS-to-be

JESUS is as the cluster of henna flowers among them

who answer HIS CALL FOR OVERCOMERS

to be produced in the vineyards of GOD’s fountain of REDEMPTION

which is what the word En-Gedi supposedly means!

What experiences

to be repeatedly enjoyed

from ecstasy to ecstasy

as we work in HIS vineyard!

JESUS:
[Cv1:15] ~ How beautiful you are, MY love, how beautiful! Your eyes are as soft as doves’. [Cv1:16] ~ What a lovely, pleasant thing you are, lying here upon the grass, shaded by the cedar trees and firs.” [Cv1:17] ~ The beams of our house are cedars, and our rafters and panels are cypress or pines.

AGAIN, not only are these
for our encouragement,
realization and enjoyment

but also HIS drawing us to continue with more vigor and determination

OUR WORK TOGETHER WITH HIM IN THE FIELDS (>>Mark 16:20)

because anyway, our beauty has not suffered in a way

because of the softness of the grass we lie on

by the shades brought about by the cedar trees and

the protection from the winds by the cypress and pines around

which we share together with HIM!

THE LORD JESUS HIMSELF by these very words are telling us

that we OVERCOMERS are in fact better taken-cared of by HIM

even BEAUTY-WISE than them all

in the world of religions,

organized churches and their

umbrella organizations!

THE Individual OVERCOMER:
[Cv2:1] ~ “I am the rose of Sharon, the lily of the valley.”

THE individual
OVERCOMERS that we are

is as a rose from a vast land of all sorts of green vegetation

that do not get appreciated by them whom we are among.

THE individual OVERCOMERS
that we are

are like the water lilies we are familiar with

which in the midst of those dirty and foul-smelling ponds of water

now and then by a stir are dirtied by the mud and organisms we are with.

But, we should not be afraid
nor worried of our existence
in this environment

because the beauty and purposes of our being here

will all the more be recognized when seen from GOD’s holy perspective

and even when we occasionally get into some mess by a stir of our surroundings

we will not even have to do a thing

and just like the lily

we get cleansed
by another stir

that always follow.

JESUS:
[Cv2:2] ~ “Yes, a lily among thorns, so is MY beloved as compared with any other girls.”

Yes, THE OVERCOMERS
that we are

are EXISTENTIALLY & SAFELY KEPT BY HIM

even and more so BETTER protected

than them who are
"believers only"
of HIS!

THE Individual OVERCOMER:
[Cv2:3] ~ “My LOVER is an apple tree, the finest in the woods as compared with any other there. I am seated in HIS much-desired shade and HIS fruit is lovely to eat. [Cv2:4] ~ HE brings me to the banquet hall and every one can see how much HE loves me. [Cv2:5] ~ Oh, feed me with YOUR love – YOUR ‘raisins’ and YOUR ‘apples’ – for I am utterly lovesick. [Cv2:6] ~ HIS left hand is under my head and with HIS right hand HE embraces me. [Cv2:7] ~ O girls of Jerusalem, I entreat you earnestly by the gazelles and deer in the field, that you do not awaken my LOVER. Let HIM sleep!”

As OVERCOMERS, we

are ALL SECURE in HIM

...as our cover for shade and cooling and even permanent shelter

….as food for our hunger

…. even as quencher for our thirst

---- like the apple tree supplies humanity with all these, and

we can even look forward
with pride

to be brought along to places of HIS enjoyment

even to our upcoming wedding banquet

because HE loves us and wants to show us

there in that affair .... to every one ...

.... HIS love for us.

HIS love for us knows
no season

includes the preserved-to-freshness and still delicious raisins and

the newly picked-and-fresh apples

--- for us, the utterly lovesick.

HE even manifests
and demonstrates

HIS love

with care, intensity & all-out determination to please

by HIS efforts

(as symbolized by HIS moving left and right hands).

Oh, we are to plead even
with them who are beyond
us to control

that THE LORD JESUS be left indisturbed --

by such as them who are still immature and childish

among our "fellow believers (only)".

WE OUGHT TO HAVE

THESE KINDS
of ATTITUDES,
BEHAVIORS,
& CONCERNS

THE KIND
OF LOVER of JESUS
THAT WE ALL
OUGHT TO BE,
