THE WHATs, WHYs,

WHOs, WHEREs,

WHENs,

& HOWs of WHAT

• OUGHT TO BE every CLAIMANT- CHRISTIAN'S DEVOTED PRACTICE

• & ADVOCACY TO THE WHOLE WORLD

• WITHOUT THE NEED TO IMPOSE THIS GIVING-SHARING ON ANY ONE!

• WHO may not feel comfortable referred to as A CHRISTIAN!

Weekly, on the first day
of the week

• --- ALLOCATE by ourselves

• SOME time, influence, service, something of goods and/or cash or resources

• WHICH we have decided to

lay aside, render, spend for
our
week’s anticipated GIVING
and/or SHARING

• and/or DISPENSING 

• to benefit GOD’s people

• >>1st Corinthians 16:1-2

The Kinds/Quantities/Amounts

• in keeping with

• how many

• how much

• we actually have @that moment we allocated

• our GIVING---- >>1st Corinthians 16:2

If the above  DECIDED

• WEEKLY ALLOCATING of even OUR SCARCE RESOURCES

• laying aside and/or appropriating

• ARE OBEYED,

• then .......

• we have gotten our ALLOCATIONS ready

• even before the actual times of rendering / GIVING THEM

• that THE LORD JESUS will lead us to DISPOSING

• during the week

• getting us away from being covetous

• which is a very big obstacle to our GIVING.

THEN,
we shall have been
INDIVIDUALLY

• initially-funded-provided and equipped KIND-AMOUNT & QUANTITY-WISE

• by THE LORD JESUS THE CHRIST HIMSELF

EVERY WEEK for ourselves

& for our family’s weekly obligations-
DISBURSEMENT

• as well as for our target-GIVING-SHARING limits

and only then can we all say
that these valuables we
possess are not at our
whims to dispose of

• but as purposed by GOD

• but we have them both

(for our family obligations

and

for our GIVING-SHARING

allocations)

• in our responsibility

• to dispose/spend as GOD’s stewards. --- >>Acts 4:32

And our obligation to provide

for ourselves & our

household’s NEEDS

• --- and by our household includes our helpers, contractual obligations (rentals, electric power, water, taxes, schooling requirements), pets and maintenance repairs & replacements

are amount-wise set
& given preferential attention
and care over our
GIVING-SHARING
allocation

as envisioned by GOD!!!

HAVE YOU HEARD OF

ANY RELIGIOUS GROUP

teaching you these scriptures to obey?

Or are you so used to hearing

them say "GIVE UNTIL IT HURTS!"

exposing their ignorance to:

    >>1st Timothy 5:8 ~ “IF ANYONE DOES NOT PROVIDE 

• (1) FOR HIS OWN 

• (2) HIS RELATIVES 

• (3) and especially for HIS OWN HOUSEHOLD, 

    HE HAS DENIED THE FAITH

and IS WORSE THAN AN

    UNBELIEVER !!!!”

• INDIVIDUALLY, each one of us,

• are to GIVE-SHARE from out of our week’s own-allocated kinds / amounts / quantities for DISPENSING

• direct to our brothers and sisters called-out of the world's systems &

• relatives who need relief from their sufferings

• even to them whom we do not know personally

• but have a way of sending through some people

• who may personally reach them who are in suffering --- >>Acts 11:27-30

As DISCIPLES of THE CHRIST

• WHETHER WE GIVE-SHARE OUR VALUABLES OUT

• .... SELL THEM

• .... or KEEP THEM

they were given to us under
our personal responsibility,

decision and control!

>>Acts 5:4

• Above 6 scriptures

• require each one of us

• to maintain the weekly setting aside / allocating / appropriating

• for our DISPOSING - DISBURSING

• for our PERSONAL, FAMILY & HOUSEHOLD NEEDS

and separately
for our personal GIVING

and/or SHARING&
FOR GOD’s PEOPLE

• because we all have homes, dependents, income sources

• (including those we receive from others’ GIVINGS - SHARINGS to us)

• and we have one/same wallet to draw from ---

• for both categories of disposal / disbursement!

If the above are done and
strictly followed by all of us

• there will absolutely be no justification whatsoever

• for advocating capitalism nor communism nay religion

• through Denominational Pastors’ Appeals &/or Committee’s Representations & Special Fund Solicitations

• because individually

• ..... we will already have that ready assistance

• set-aside quantity & amount-wise

for the immediate
and emergency needs

• of any of THE LORD & THE CHRIST's called-out ones

• without anybody’s representation

• .... and THE ELDERS of THE CHURCH

• can immediately, in all ease, gather and serve as adhoc gathering-agents

(just like our employers as
a matter of ROLE withhold
our INDIVIDUAL income taxes
and gather them for remittance
to the BIR who ends up
owning all of them with no
portion of them appropriated
for our employers
who gathered them from us!)

in all cases where the
recipients of our
GIVING-SHARING

are not within our easy reach
for their immediate relief.

We are to overcome
the dictates of our

intelligence/emotions/
urges & appetites & will

• as early as while

• we are still putting the figures into

• our WEEKLY PERSONAL & HOUSEHOLD allocated kinds, amounts and resources 

• .... give of ourselves first

• .... in the spirit of our bodies as a living sacrifice

• ..... then our GIVING-SHARING becomes our spiritual WORSHIP

• at the same time A FELLOWSHIP

• without being assembled to-be implored upon by any one!

Let us make sure
that our GIVING-SHARING
is according to GOD’s WILL

• and not just from OUR intelligence, feelings, pride, sentiments, urges and appetites and WILL

• >>2nd Corinthians 8:5

GIVE-SHARE ---- kind & quantity or value-wise

• according to our understanding of the law of sowing and reaping

• >>2nd Corinthians 9:6

GIVE-SHARE ---- as a cheerful giver-sharer should

• without reluctance and compulsion

• >>2nd Corinthians 9:7

GIVE-SHARE ---- even from out of our poverty

• and despite the scarcity of our resources

• >>2nd Corinthians 8:2

GIVE-SHARE ---- as much as we can afford

• not because of anybody’s representation

• but strictly ----

• out of our own accord as GOD’s stewards

• without regard to who is or who are making representations.

More often than not, family
members come into conflict
because of these repeating
situations
 in our lives GOD has
sought to avoid!

GIVE-SHARE ---- in all willingness and without apologies

• so that it becomes acceptable to GOD

• without any guilt

• as the gift acceptable to GOD

• is what has been allocated, appropriated and set aside

• TOTALITY-WISE for that specific week

• and not from what we have not scheduled for disbursing

• within that very week ---- >>2nd Corinthians 8:12

GIVE-SHARE ---- that there will be EQUITABLE >

amount-equally equipped by

THE CHRIST
for such purpose

of GIVING-SHARING and

receiving from each other)

??? Is not this the kind
of WORLD all-inclusive ECONOMY

• which The World Bank & The IMF is working for

• on a country-to-country basis

• .... our CENTRAL BANK - NEDA - DBM experts

• are trying to achieve for our own country

• ..... and both despite their concerted world-wide & country-wide implemented plans & programs

• are but one-after-another consistently failing

• from one financial crisis to another

BECAUSE we are
not obeying INDIVIDUALLY
THESE SCRIPTURES ! ????

GIVE-SHARE ---- for the joy that you as an individual have participated

• in such privilege of sharing with

• the less fortunate among us

• that GOD’s wealth be equitably distributed among us!

GIVE-SHARE ---- to support the preaching of THE GOSPEL

• including this particular good news contained in

GIVE-SHARE ---- in benevolence

HOW OTHERS  GAVE,
for our REFLECTION:

1.    GOD gave HIS only begotten SON (>>John 3:16, >>Romans 5:8-10)

2.    THE CHRIST gave HIS life  (>>2ndCorinthians 8:9, >>John 10:17-18)

3.    The POOR WIDOW gave all that she had  (>>Luke 21:1-14)

4.    THOSE WHO LIVED DURING THE LIFETIME OF THE APOSTLES sold their possessions to share equitably with those who have needs  (>>Acts 2:44-45, >>4:34-37, >>5:1-10)

5.    THE BRETHREN IN MACEDONIA gave, even beyond their abilities (>>2nd Corinthians 8:1-5)

6.    STEPHEN gave his life (>>Acts 7:54-66)

GOD’S PROMISES TO

US WHO WILL ABIDE

BY ALL OF THE ABOVE:

1.     GOD will GIVE US --- >>> OVERCOMERS --- all the graces so that

• a)     in all things

• b)     at all times

WE - OVERCOMERS will have
the necessary abundance

for OUR every good deed. 
>>2nd Corinthians 9:8

2.     GOD will not only supply us - OVERCOMERS

• for them who we have to GIVE

• on a week-to-week reckoning

• HE also gives us the strength and all

• including encouragement that is required of GIVING

• according to HIS WILL.

Above all those that HE requires,

HE supplies bonus/extra to us

>>2nd Corinthians 9:10

   
3.     Individually, ---- we-GIVERS

• will be made rich in every way

• so that we can be generous on every occasion

• such that when our individual generosity reaches

• our less fortunate brethren

• every GIVING-SHARING results in thanksgiving to GOD

• instead of to us who gave them

• >>2nd Corinthians 9:11-12

    
4.     By our individual as OVERCOMERS' compliance

• to all of these concepts

• in allocating/appropriating/laying aside and

• our actual GIVING

• on a week-to-week basis

• as given by GOD to us

• in HIS WORD

• ..... all the people of GOD

• and more particularly

• the recipients/beneficiaries

• will have everything for us

• in their PRAYERS

• these wrap up the desired compliance

• to the two great commandments

of loving GOD and our fellowmen

HOW OUR ACTUAL 
GIVING-SHARING

ARE TO BE DONE:

1.     In keeping with GOD’s intent

• of equitable distribution of HIS wealth

• >>2nd Corinthians 8:13-15

2.     To honor THE CHRIST HIMSELF >

• (to GOD be the glory

• not to the denomination, organization

• nor for the organizers,

• nay not even for ourselves

• like when we accept our recipients’ thanks

• by our individual smiles instead of personally)

• >directing them to thank

• directly THE LIVING LORD!

3.     To be able to show our individual

• readiness and eagerness to help

• >>2nd Corinthians 8:19

  
4.     With extreme care to avoid criticisms

• in our individual disbursement / GIVING

• >>2nd Corinthians 8:20

• no favoritism --- >>Acts 10:34

   
5.     To do those which are in keeping with what is right

• before our JUDGE now(!)

• not only what are currently before the eyes

• of THE CHRIST now(!)

• but also in the eyes of people!

• >>2nd Corinthians 8:21

6.     IMPLORE those ministering and traveling brethren

• to receive our GIVING-SHARING

• for them to hand over

• to them we heard are in need of

• our assistance.
