T#003 Grade II ~ THE FAITH IN & TOWARDS THE LORDSHIP & THE CHRISTHOOD OF JESUS!

Grade II

WHAT IS

THE FAITH

in & towards

GOD?

  • Faith always INVOLVES,
  • first of allKNOWING
  • and
  • thereafter UNDERSTANDING.
  • [functions of our spirit and our soul, respectively!]
  • This is true to any form of faith
  • even that exercised in a thousand ways in everyday living.
  • You cannot believe something about which you know nothing.

Faith comes in response to

what we hearrealize or learn from.

  • Whenever you hear about something
  • you either believe it or you do not believe it
  • ---- you either exercise faith or you do not.
  • And when you ... eventually know ... more from what you have earlier heard and believed
  • ---- and understood and responded more
  • even about the same matter of faith
  • you have grown in that faith!

THE FAITH
IN GOD that saves US
from eternal damnation in hell
requires

  • KNOWLEDGE knowned out of our spirit's intuition, conscience and sense of communion with GOD
AND
  • UNDERSTANDING thru our soul's intelligence, feelings, urges & appetites and will

of what JESUS did
on the cross in Calvary in A.D. 33.

  • When a person hears THE MESSAGE
  • that THE LORD JESUS THE CHRIST died a substitutionary death

for the forgiveness of his/her own sinnings

  • and believes in that ----
  • <<< that saving faith is not exercised >>>
  • until that person really grasps the fact
  • that although JESUS died once and for all
  • (>>Hebrews 10:10)

only those many whose

sinnings were
and will be
forgiven because of

that one-time in A.D. 33

shedding of HIS blood
(>>Matthew 26:28)

  • have appropriated that atonement (>>>T#042)
  • to their own individual & personal accounts.

He/She - - who hears,

receives

(gladly!-Acts 2:41),

and stands on the above
good news
or particular gospel

without compulsion

(>>1st Corinthians 15:1-4)

  • ---- can legitimately claim
  • that THE CHRIST’s SALVATION
  • is now(!) a finished work
  • accomplished by THE LORD & CHRIST in his/her behalf.

But, he/she has just

a kernel or very soft seed of

THAT FAITH in GOD
within him/her and

  • may still have believed in vain
  • as made clear in >>1st Corinthians 15:1-4.

Once this is fully understood
and comprehended,
THE faith towards GOD

is well and only just begun.

  • There is no other kernel of faith to begin with!!!
  • More so is THE FAITH that saves
  • NOT clinched instantly
  • by the mere answer to
  • that-most-repeated invitation by many of current evangelizers:
  • “Accept Jesus Christ in your heart as your Lord and Savior.”
  • That invitation certainly by any standard is no gospel nor good news.
  • It is not a scripture nor can it be read in THE SCRIPTURES!

That invitation
cannot
and will not
get us to be born again

 judging from

>>1st Peter 1:23
and >>Luke 8:11.

  • THE FAITH that saves

most important of all,

  • INVOLVES DECISIONS and ACTIONS.
  • Once those glorious facts of THE CHRIST’s redemption work at the cross is grasped;
  • the decision --- by the exercise of his/her will,
  • followed by corresponding action after action effected by his/her body,
  • is necessary for --- that believer
  • --- TO REPENT
  • --- a continuing mindset over his/her sinnings
  • that will eventually get him/herself baptized for their summary remission.

Only then, has
he/she obeyed

>>Acts 5:29, 32

  • and appropriated that atonement
  • to his/her personal account
  • resulting in THE INDWELLING of The Holy Spirit in him/her (>>Acts 2:38).

Only thenis

he/she sealed by

The Holy Spirit

>>Ephesians 1:13

  • by His INDWELLING (>>>T#029)
  • ---- HIS guarantee or pledge
  • ---- unto his/her personal SALVATION
  • >>Ephesians 1:14.

Only thenwill
the truth of
our BLESSEDNESS

>>Psalms 32:1-2

be true to each one of us!

  • Many souls --- including them brought up in Bible-believing homes of THE RELIGIOUS,
  • recipients of Bible teachings in their lives,
  • “church kids”, 2nd or whatever order of generation
  • of believers they say they are or were in their family tree
  • ---- have merely been made to "accept Christ"
  • (man's word – purely man’s command,
  • nowhere to be found in any version of THE BIBLE)
  • as the Gospel for them!

Not having been presented
THE GOSPEL
for them TO OBEY

more specifically

[>>>Matthew 1-28 up
to Acts 1-2] for THE RELIGIOUS among us in THEIR quest for SOVEREIGNTY of GOD, AUTHORITY, POWER & CONTROL over us!

>>Mark 1-16 up to Acts 1-2 for THE POLITICIANS & BUSINESSMEN among us in THEIR quest for AUTHORITY, POWER, POSITION, CONTROL & INFLUENCE over us!

>>Luke 1-24 to Acts 1-2 for THE REST OF MANKIND just contending with THESE RELIGIOUS, POLITICIANS & BUSINESSMEN while in their personal quest just for RECOGNITION, FAME, FORTUNE & INFLUENCE in the fields of ARTS, ACADEME, EMPLOYMENT, SPORTS, OPINION MAKERS, ENTERTAINMENT, SCIENCES!

  • or at the least, introductorily --- THE GOSPEL of prime importance (>>1st Corinthians 15:3-4)
  • AND not having discerned it was not even a gospel
  • but a simple HUMAN command to accept
  • Jesus Christ as his/her Lord and Savior
    • which they obeyed
  • they still have to be enlightened to the point of possessing THE FAITH THAT SAVES!

They are and
were victims of

those denominationalists'
preaching

"believe only and you are saved, right now!!!"

And it is this necessity of
>>> REPENTANCE o PAGBINAG-O

  • after their believing only
  • and ever-REPENTING attitude & should-have-been mind-set
  • o MA-PINADAYONON nga pag-BINAG-O unta
  • that has kept them
  • away from summarily forgiven of
  •  all their accumulated sinnings as of that very instant
  • because these denominational preachers reckon and apply wrongly
  • the formula for the forgiveness for the occasion-to-occasion sinnings

of >>1st John 1:9
which ought to be repeatedly
obeyed each time we sin

after our one-time
summary forgiveness

  • and is keeping their hearers from being lead to acknowledging more truths (>>2nd Timothy 2:25-26)
  • which ought to result in due time to their obeying THE commanded
  • ONE (>>Ephesians 4:4-5) BAPTISM
  • --- the 3rd of
  • the do-or-die commands in THE NEW COVENANT
  • which officially took effect for obedience starting that Pentecost Day of A.D. 33
  • >>Acts 2:36-38

to lead us to
THE SUMMARY REMISSION
for ALL our individual
accumulated SINNINGS

  • we committed during all those years, months, days and hours
  • prior to our BELIEF of what
  • THE LORD JESUS THE CHRIST has done
  • for us-personally in Calvary in A.D. 33

as intended of
each one of us!

  • Those decisions and those corresponding actions
  • have to be made
  • in compliance to ---
  • as the terms for availment of ---

under THE NEW COVENANT!

  • What a pity some,
  • despite knowing what constitutes that faith that saves
  • and understanding what salvation
  • & the two kinds of forgiveness for our sinnings are
  • --- yet, will not make such decision resulting from that faith.

Such people
sadly have not realized

the from faith-to-faith
nature (>>Romans 1:17)

  • with which GOD leads us to salvation
  • and not instantly
  • as we are wrongly made to believe
  • particularly by THOSE Baptists-Denominationalists

by their continuing insistence
to teach

  • their INSTANT SALVATION

and continue to contradict

THE TRUTH in >>Romans 13:11

  • For our believing the truths from
  • (THE very TRUTH BOOK itself
  • --- THE New COVENANT)
  • one after another
  • after our hearing them
  • ..... requires understandingdecision, obedience and action
  • (>>Romans 1:5 to 16:26)
  • every time.

There must not only(!) be
the enlightenment
of THE MIND but also

the putting into action
of THE WILL
or THE DECISION

  • because the grace we have received was for
  • OBEDIENCE to THE FAITH

---- CONTRARY TO what grace
advocates and believe
only denominationalists

WRONGLY insist on!

>>>T#042

  • THE FAITH in & towards GOD we are to possess
  • INVOLVES ---- THE TOTALITY of our humanity:
  • our spirit, our SOUL and our BODY.

One may believe from hearing that thieveries are rampant all around him for the past one month, perhaps. One in fact gets uneasy and bothered beyond ignoring, to hear his next door neighbor lost his thing, the house across was ransacked by thieves, his friend in the corner lost some valuables, etc..  In other words, he can't help but believe this thing can happen to him anytime.  Yet, this belief of his will not do him any good if it will not lead him to perhaps:
a)    Be the last to sleep in the house henceforth and do not anymore leave the locking of the doors and windows to the helpers,

b)    Buy a barrel bolt before he goes home the following day from office instead of going straight home as he used to and immediately install it on arrival at home,

c)    Hire a security guard instead of being stingy with his money, or do any such concrete proof of his belief and fear that he can be the next victim of thievery in his vicinity.

Please note that any of
the three options require
CHANGES on the part of
the believer.

SAVING FAITH BRINGS
CHANGES.

  • Since THE LORD & CHRIST died for us
  • and all of us HIS believers know that ---
  • the thing that stands between us and our individual SALVATION
  • is our coming to a decision to will: ---

to hear,
to understand
thru studying,
to believe and

TO OBEY
THE GOSPEL

  • by repenting and getting ourselves baptized
  • (>>>T#061 on How to Obey THE GOSPEL of PRIME IMPORTANCE)
  • particularly for the purposed summary remission for all our sinnings

---- obey GOD’s
AMNESTY CONDITIONS
for ALL our years of
accumulated transgressions,

summed up as
SIN OF REBELLION ----

  • after our realization
  • that JESUS is both our LORD & THE CHRIST (>>Acts 2:36-37)

as would be proper

of us ALL

in this end time TO OBEY

without fail

>>Acts 2:38)!

  • We should not just stop at believing only
  • which is clearly man-originated teaching
  • for their members' salvation (!?!)

We should obey GOD

rather than
men

(>>Acts 5:29)!

  •  To reiterate - - those 3,000 who REALIZED-BELIEVED at that very instant
  • that JESUS was their LORD and their CHRIST in >>Acts 2:36-37
  • were not toldyou don’t have to do any further as you have already realized-believed!”

Instead,
Peter commanded them

  • to obey the two (2) commands in >>Acts 2:38
  • ---- GOD’s PRESCRIPTION

as to how our sinnings that
individually
separated us from GOD

  • since we (>>James 1:14-15) reached the age of reason

should be dealt with

  • by every believer individually
  • JEW & GENTILE
  • IN THIS END TIMES
  • as obedience to THE FAITH
  • we received
  • by HIS grace because we are unworthy
  • (>>Romans 1:5 & reiterated in >>16:26)

---- in order to be forgiven
of our accumulated sins
we committed prior to
our believing in
THE LORDSHIP & THE
CHRISTHOOD of JESUS

  • in THIS NEW COVENANT TIMES or
  • THE CHURCH AGE
  • or OUR [>>Acts 2:17] LAST DAYS!

If we think we have

believed and obeyed

THE WORD of GOD

  • yet have not seem to benefit
  • as we think we ought to of the promises
  • then surely GOD must have more for us
  • to further believe and obey.

Let us read THE BIBLE.

 Let us read THE BIBLE
and
every scripture or verse

to look for:

1 THE TRUTHS to BELIEVE
including THE IMPLIED COMMANDS THEREIN ---- to OBEY,

2 THE EXPLICIT COMMANDS to OBEY

and

3 THE PROMISES to ENJOY to the fullest.

We have to bear in mind

  • we have to OBEY without reservation
  • these truly the very last WORDS of THE LORD JESUS
  • [by Matthew ended with AMEN>>Matthew 28:20
  • before HE ascended to heaven
  • --- or suffer the consequences to the fact obtaining EVEN NOW(!) in this world:
  • THAT IGNORANCE OF THE LAW EXCUSES NO ONE!
  • THIS TRUTH in the matter of SPIRITUALITY
  • is very well documented for us
  • even as early as in the time
  • >>LEVITICUS 5:17 was written !!!
  • THEREFORE,
  • read & study (>>2nd Timothy 2:15)
  • THE BIBLE very thoroughly
  • so that you will suffer not
  • the consequence as recorded for our RECKONING
  • in >>HOSEA 4:6 !!!!
  • FINALLY,
  • understand clearly
  • FOR YOURSELF
  • The Personal Message of THE JUDGE ----
  • THE LORD JESUS THE CHRIST-HIMSELF
  • from >>2nd Thessalonians 1:1-10 !!!!

Becoming
a Christian is

the matter of :

being born again !!!!

>>Psalms 32:1-2,
>>John 3:5&
>>1st Peter 1:23.

The last verse very
clearly states it is

THE WORD OF GOD
as THE SEED that
gives us

THAT new birth
in our spirit

and not those human
questions and commands
and
>>> miracle experiences

as substitutes
by those mistaken

denominationalist-
preachers-evangelists.

  • Please read >>>T#034 and >>>T#022 from here.

Being a Christian is

the matter of:

our individual
personal

GROWTH along our
LIFE-COMMITMENTS

as THE CHRIST's DISCIPLES
(>>Luke 14:26>>John 8:31>>Acts 2:41-47>>John 13:35>>John 15:8) and

our
GETTING NEARER TO

(>>Romans 13:11b)

our SALVATION

AT EVERY
OPPORTUNITY!

(>>2nd Peter 3:18>>1st Corinthians 14:20>>1st Peter 2:2>>Ephesians 4:14-15,

WITHOUT
COMPLACENCY

>>Romans 13:11a)

  • Whatever we believe as good to do and yet we do not do is sinning! (>>James 4:17).
  • Our RESPONSIBILITY to TRUST & OBEY GOD

is strictly & has always been
on an individual-to-individual
personal basis with HIM!
  • >>Deuteronomy 24:16, >>Job 19:4, >>Proverbs 9:12, >>Jeremiah 31:30, >>Ezekiel 18:20, >>Romans 14:14, >>Galatians 6:5
  • From one biblical truth to another ----
  • (that we now and then come across)

---- there are without
exception EXPLICIT &
IMPLIED COMMANDS

  • we individually have to all obey (>>Matthew 28:20)
  • one after another.
  • >>2nd Thessalonians 1:5-10 is very categorical:

>>> THE GOSPEL of OUR
LORD JESUS

particularly
HIS CHRISTHOOD

  • in our personal lives has to be OBEYED BY US

or .... HE
WILL TAKE VENGEANCE
on US

This is what THE FAITH
CHAPTER in THE BIBLE

has opened with in
>>Romans 1:5 and closed
with / by >>16:26!

  • This is what LIFE is
  • as CHRISTIANS should live
  • ---- by GOD’s grace THROUGH
  • [not by] THE FAITH (>>Ephesians 2:5),
  • obeying all that we believe in
  • and from THE BIBLE:
  • as HIS redeemed, as HIS subjects, as HIS Priests, as HIS convicts
  • --- because IF NOT:
  • WE are not living HIM up in our lives
  • as our SAVIOR [>>John 4:42, >>2nd Timothy 1:10],
  • KING [>>Revelation 17:14],
  • HIGH-PRIEST [>>Hebrews 4:14-16],
  • and JUDGE [>>John 5:22, >>1st Peter 4:17]
  • respectively.)
  • All our claims to being Christians are all empty
  • ---- if these 4 aspects of HIS CHRISTHOOD
  • are not THE BASES of our CLAIMED
  • personal relationship with HIM!

THESE implied commands
we are to obey are to keep us
including those with us

--- from spiritual tragedy!!!

  • We are to learn from our experience in what are obtaining in our land travels
  • through these big passenger buses around.
  • When the bus conductor and/or his assistant signals to the driver thru his whistle that he has to stop the bus for an embarking passenger,
  • this is followed by a mere statement (not a command): “MAY BATA HA!”
  • And the driver would IMMEDIATELY obey that mere statement EXPEDITIOUSLY

as if it IS AS A SERIES OF COMMANDS TO HIMSELF by:

1.    Slowly pulling their bus to the roadside and gets their bus to a full stop. THEN ---

2.    Directs his eyes at his right sideview mirror & continues to EYE at an adult CARRYING AN INFANT or A MINOR. THEN --

3.    Continues to look at that DISEMBARKING DUO & for other disembarking passengers to have disembarked already, if there are any after them, confirmed by a whistle --- BEFORE
4.    He starts to get their bus to move forward again for the rest of their trip!

Or, by a mere statement (not a command): “MAY KARGA HA!” And the driver would immediately obey that statement EXPEDITIOUSLY as if it IS AS A SERIES OF COMMANDS TO HIMSELF by:

1.    Slowly pulling their bus to the roadside and gets their bus to a full stop. THEN ---

2.    Alternately directs his eyes at both sideview mirrors to find out which side the conductor &/or his assistant retrieves the announced cargo. THEN --

3.    Continues to look at either or both cargo compartments until he sees it left by his assistant(s) as safely closed, confirmed by a whistle signaling him to get their bus move forward again. THEN -

4.    He starts to get their bus to move forward again for their trip!

Or, by a request from a passenger for a roadside brief stop for his urinating need, the bus conductor blows his whistle for such request. This is followed by a mere statement “MAY MANGIHI!” And the driver would immediately obey THAT MERE STATEMENT gladly (with a smile) as if it is AS A SERIES OF COMMANDS TO HIMSELF by:

1.    Pulling their bus to the roadside and gets their bus to a full stop. THEN,

2.    Directs his eyes at the REAR VIEW MIRROR and ascertains if there are a number more of passengers availing of such privilege. THEN,

3.    Determines if he himself should avail of such opportunity & if he does, he’ll stop the engine and after that he disembarks himself from the bus. IF NOT ---

4.    He spends his time stretching a bit his tired muscles, talks to his assistants &/or his passengers -- while waiting & making sure all their passengers have boarded again confirmed by a whistle from his conductor, THEN

5.    He starts to get their bus to move forward again for the rest of their trip!

It is through these IMPLIED
COMMANDS coming from

A mere STATEMENT
of FACT ONLY

  • ---- that THE LORD JESUS THE CHRIST also
  • elicits obedience from us coming from THE SCRIPTURES
  • coming one after another to us
  • ---- that our individual responsibilities
  • are answered for
  • by us
  • AND our personal relationship with HIM
  • is established.

This is what is meant by THE COMMAND many religious among us have repeatedly EXPLICITLY commanded us “WALK YOUR FAITH”!
  • And these SCRIPTURES
  • appearing as truths to believe,
  • have to be obeyed as implied commands
  • AND many who only believe THEM NOW(!)
  • ---- will end-up BEING JUDGED on the last day
  • (>>John 12:46-50)
  • by THEM

U-N-L-E-S-S (!)

  • ---- they get themselves NOW(!)

---- judged by
THE CHRIST-JUDGE

  • and behave themselves as HIS convicts in obedience
  • --- as implied COMMAND to the truth of
  • >>1st Peter 4:17 in particular
  • & the EXPLICIT COMMANDS of and in
  • >>Revelation 3:15-22 to obey!

Truly, OBEDIENCE is

the basis of

our relationship

  • with THE LORD
  • as our *OWNER, *BOSS, *COMMANDER
  • JESUS THE CHRIST
  • >>Matthew 7:21-23, >>1st John 1:6-7, >>1st John 3:9-10 !!!!

No matter which

concerns WE are NOW(!)

preoccupied with whether

       1. IN A PROBLEMATIC MARRIED LIFE,

       2. IN OUR INVOLVEMENT WITH ANY OF THESE DOCTRINALLY OPPOSED CHURCHES, or

       3. KEPT BUSY with trying to attain OUR MUCH TO-BE DESIRED SOCIAL STATUS & FINANCIAL STATE WE WANT TO ENJOY FOR OURSELVES thru GOVERNMENT, BUSINESS & VOCATIONS

--- ALL THESE
SHOULD NOT WORRY
or TROUBLE US

---- any further!!!

  • >>1st Corinthians 7:17-24 (NIV) puts it repeatedly clear in verses >>17, >>20 & >>24 ---- we need not worry about our disturbing situations vis-a-vis our marriage & even our single blessedness (>>verses 1-16)....
  • Notwithstanding and more so because of these complications brought about by our religious differences (>>verses 17b-19a) and economic difficulties (>>verses 21-23) ....

instead begin by starting
TO OBEY & KEEP GOD’s

implied & explicit
COMMANDS
(>>verse 19)

even while yet in
these complicated
& still complicating situations.

  • Many by their past experiences were not kept in the manner
  • the many different denominations welcomed them eagerly
  • to their membership ....
  • many ended-up discriminated
  • and eventually out of their fold ....
  • because their situations have not become remedied

.... because they

have not been helped out
in the manner of

the truths & the explicit commands

and the implied commands

in >>1st Corinthians 7:17-24!

  • We have been bought with the most precious life
  • of JESUS HIMSELF.
  • As responsible to GOD
  • each one of us are not any more
  • to become slaves to men’s words and behaviors and leaderships ----
  • governmental, business, religious, etc. LAWS, POLICIES, RULES;

BUT, IMPERATIVELY TO

GOD’s WORD or
INSTRUCTIONS only!

[Message --- not as quoted but only referenced from NIV]
17 Nevertheless, EACH ONE should retain the place in life that THE LORD assigned him/her and FROM where GOD CALLED him/her OUT OF.

THIS IS THE RULE
I LAY DOWN IN
>>> ALL THE CHURCHes!

18 Was a man already circumcised when he was called? He need not become uncircumcised. Was a man uncircumcised when he was called? He need not be circumcised. [religious concerns!]

19 Circumcision and uncircumcision is not the issue to immediately resolve. KEEPING GOD’S COMMANDS is what counts.

20 EACH ONE can remain in the situation in which he/she was in when GOD called him/her.

21 Were you a slave when you were called? Don’t let it trouble you – although if you can gain your freedom, do so.

22 For he/she who was a slave when he/she was called by THE LORD is THE LORD’s freedman already; similarly, he/she who was a free man when he/she was called is THE CHRIST’s slave. [political & economic concerns!]

23 You were bought at a price; do not anymore become slaves of men

24 Brothers and sisters, EACH ONE OF YOU, as responsible to GOD,

can just as well remain
meanwhile
in that situation

GOD
CALLED YOU OUT
FROM

---these worldly concerns
annoying us ---!

  • Let us not be slow to find time to learn. >>Hebrews 5:11 up to Hebrews 6:3.
  • Let us thoroughly study
  • and start drinking the milk (>>1st Peter 2:2) with which
  • we should initially be fed for our growth
  • BEFORE WE CAN EXPECT TO GROW to maturity.

Having FAITH is
saying amen to GOD;

certainly not
blindly

but with

understanding why.

For  All  I   Take  Him.

That's what F-A-I-T-H means.

Fate  is  For  All  Try  Everything.

  • Read >>Hebrews 11:1-40Verse1 tells us what faith is.

The rest 39 verses
demonstrates what

saving
faith accomplishes.

THE FAITH
  • believes the incredibles
  • .... sees the invisibles
  • .... and achieves the impossibles.

I.      Faith believes the incredibles.

   The incredibles are:

    1.    THE CREATION of TIME, MATTER & ENERGY >>Hebrews 11:3, >>2nd Peter 3:5

    2.    THE RESURRECTION of THE LORD & CHRIST and the forthcoming for ALL THE DEAD, >>Hebrews 11:17-19

    3.    The miracles  already written in THE BIBLE

as enough to make believers

in THE LORDSHIP &
THE CHRISTHOOD of JESUS

out of us CALLED-OUT
of this world's systems

  • and not any of these current miracles talked about among us now!
  • (as GOD has expressly willed in >>John 20:30-31).

HE continues to do miracles to heal and intervene in our lives

  • --- but not as means to make believers in HIS LORDSHIP & CHRISTHOOD out of any one anymore!

   4.    That GOD could love and still continues to save sinful man, >>John 3:16

   5.    The INCARNATION of THE CHRIST, >>John 1:14

   6.    THE ONENESS of GOD

  • in the 3 distinct relational roles
  • of The Father, THE SON & The Holy Spirit

towards each other and towards mankind

  • with which man refers to
  • & specifically relates himself to HIM
  • --- THE ONE GOD  (>>Genesis 1:26-27><>>Matthew 28:19)
  • THE WORD became flesh” (>>John 1:14); >>John 10:30><>>Colossians 2:9
  • and after JESUS’s incarnation, crucifixion and resurrection
  • --- in This New Covenant days

--- GOD is supposed to
indwell us individually
to give us eternal life

  • (>>2nd Corinthians 3:6-18 >< >>1st Corinthians15:45 b >< >>Galatians 2:20)

II.    Faith sees the invisibles.

    The invisibles are:

    1.    GOD, >>Hebrews 11:27

    2.    The unknown future - the flood and Noah, >>Hebrews 11:7

    3.    The promises of GOD to the saints, >>Hebrews 11:15-16

    4.     JESUS and HIS riches (by Moses) - >>Hebrews 11:26-27

    5.   JESUS second coming (by Abraham) - >>John 8:56

III.    Faith achieves the impossibles.

   The impossibles are:

    1.    The dead speak, >>Hebrews 11:4

    2.    Pleasing GOD (by Enoch), >>Hebrews 11:5-6

    3.    Defying the natural law - Peter walks on water, >>Matthew 14:30-31

Pay close attention to
this magnificent truth

for each one of us

vis-avis

those men of the faith who
lived and died ahead of us:

>>Hebrews 11:39-40

       AS we have increasing FAITH
in THE CHRIST
  • (as we ought to!)
  • we will eventually not anymore
  •  do the following:

1.    >>Hebrews 10:25          -   Forsake fellowshipping with one another

18.    >>Galatians 6:7              -    Be deceived

19.    >>Hebrews 3:14              -    Neglect SALVATION

WHEN we find out
now and then

  • we fail in this or that
  • - - - we have to pray to and ask GOD
  • for more faith
  • MORE truths
  • MORE understanding
  • MORE decisions
  • MORE obedience
  • to the implied commands in THEM

THE FAITH

is a gift from GOD;

it cannot come from us!
