herein every time he makes his will, intelligence,
emotion and his urges and appetites reign supreme in his life.

The brain is of the body, while intelligence is of the soul; just as
the heart
is of the body
while emotion is of the soul.
Just as temperature (non-matter) and thermometer (matter) are two different but closely associated things that independently exist even without the other, so shall our emotion and intelligence (both non-matter) continue to exist even with our heart and brain (both matter) already rotten in the grave.
It is the spirit in us that makes us know;
it is our soul that makes us understand,
it is with our body that we get things done.

We are
either right or wrong in our understanding and in our actions; this is why, we
have to manage rightly our soul and body. This is why neither of both should ever
reign supreme in our lives. In fact, in every instance they are mistaken, they
have to be made right according to the dictates of what we hear as right --- from the
spirit.
WISDOM is known by us through our spirit ....
is ideally later understood by our soul ....
and thereafter consequently translated ....
into action by our body.
