MIRACLES

already WRITTEN

IN  THE  BIBLE

I.       By Moses         ~  to confirm the truth of his mission to the Israelites and to Pharaoh (>>Exodus 4:1-8, >>29-30).

• The truth have to be spoken first and then

• confirmed with miracles and signs thereafter

• and NOW(!) already written down & in print for our guidance!

II.      By JESUS       ~  to confirm the truth of HIS mission and HIS LORDSHIP & CHRISTHOOD!

• (>>Matthew 11:2-5, >>John 3:2).

III.a). By THE 12 Apostles   ~  to confirm the truths they verbally uttered, taught, or preached (>>Mark 16:17-20)

• … THE GOSPEL, which was still unwritten at that time

• .… to all the world while THE New COVENANT that we have now(!)

• was just started being compiled

• comprising of what they did and taught and started being written down

• for our guidance!

     b). By Those the 12 apostles & PAUL laid their hands on ---

• Miraculous power was also given by the laying on of APOSTLEs' hands

• not just anybody’s hands (>>Acts 6:6, >>8:9-17, >>19:6; >>Romans 1:11 and >>2nd Timothy 1:6).

• All these scriptures point to the apostles laying on their hands

• to impart diverse gifts (>>1st Corinthians 12:4-11)

• manifested in MIRACLES & SIGNS

• all aimed at confirming THE WORD of GOD

• to them who then heard their verbal teachings

• while THE New COVENANT was still in the process of compilation and writing down.   

In THE CHURCH in
Jerusalem then,
signs and wonders

• were done only by the 12 apostles

• then without Paul (>>Acts 2:43, >>5:12).

• This was true until the 12 laid their hands

• on the seven who were chosen to settle and thereafter avoid the problem on food distribution (>>Acts 6:6).

• Then both Stephen and Philip performed miracles.

• They evidently could not impart this power to perform miracles to others.

• After many of the Samaritans believed Philip’s preaching concerning

• THE KINGDOM of GOD and

• the name and authority of JESUS

• and got themselves baptized (>>Acts 8:12-13)

the apostles sent Peter and
John all the way from
Jerusalem to Samaria to
lay hands on at least some

of the new believers in
THE LORDSHIP & THE
CHRISTHOOD of JESUS

• and impart to them the miracle-making power of The Holy Spirit (>>Acts 8:14-18).

• If Philip, who was already performing miracles although not an apostle

• --- but by virtue of the laying on of apostolic hands on him --

• could have given these Samaritans such power as he was having

why were Peter and John
themselves have to be sent
all the way to Jerusalem
to do so?

• What Simon in >>Acts 8:19 wanted to buy was The Holy Spirit’s miracle-giving power to others by the laying of his hands.

“For this reason, we must pay closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it. For if the word spoken through angels proved unalterable, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense, how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? After it was at the first spoken through THE LORD, it was confirmed to us by them who heard, GOD also bearing witness with them both by signs and wonders and by various miracles and by the gifts of The Holy Spirit according to His own will.”

APOSTLES  &  PROPHETS

1.    They were the people whose tasks were specially meant for that period of time of the foundation of The Church when THE New COVENANT was yet in the process of being written and compiled.

•    >>Ephesians 2:20    The Foundation of THE CHURCH

•    >>1st  Corinthians 12:28    The Very First in THE CHURCH; yet even in their time, NOT ALL were APOSTLES, NOT ALL were PROPHETS, NOT ALL were TEACHERS, NOT ALL did MIRACLES !!!!! (>>1st Corinthians 12:29)

•    >>Matthew 11:13   Officially, all prophesying ended with John The Baptist. All the prophets before him prophesied of JESUS’ 1st coming.  John testified that HE had already come!!! As an anti-thesis though, no one among those born of women was greater than he when he was born (>>Luke 7:28) ---- John in his whole lifetime never performed even a single miracle (>>John 10:41).

•    >>Hebrews 2:3-4; >>Mark 16:17    The apostles' miracles followed their preachings to confirm that their preachings ---- (lessons taught verbally by the apostles while THE New COVENANT has not found way into what it is now(!): compiled, completed and in written form) ---- were from GOD.


2.    Their working power and miracles were not meant for all time.

•    >>1st Corinthians 13:8-10        Those prophesies, speaking in tongues (>>>T#044), miracles and piecemeal knowledge (coming one after another from the apostles' mouths then) were declared by Paul as then already scheduled to be done away with ---- as of that time Paul wrote this particular letter.

•    >>Ephesians 4:8, >>11-13   These gifts were to serve their purposes of equipping us NOW(!)

as we shall collectively become in due time --- until we all attain the oneness in THE FAITH (>>Hebrews 11:40) and of the knowledge of THE SON of GOD as recorded for us and to be easily referred to by us in THE New COVENANT NOW!!! (>>>T#045)

•    >>Jude 3-4     THE FAITH in THE LORDSHIP & THE CHRISTHOOD of JESUS delivered already ---- that once and for all time to all the saints already ---- as well as all the still-to-be-saints as of that point in time Jude wrote this letter.

•    >>John 20:30-31        ENOUGH of MIRACLES have been written down ALREADY in THE BIBLE ---- to make us believers in JESUS as THE SON of GOD, because of WHOM, we can have salvation and eternal life.

•    >>2nd Timothy 3:16-17    THE BIBLE as is completed and in written form now(!) THOROUGHLY EQUIPS us unto ALL GOOD WORKS.

•   >>Romans 1:16        THE GOSPEL, after it has been confirmed by miracles and signs, after enough of the miracles have been written down, have only to be believed upon without need

of another confirmation,
and further reconfirmation,
and repeated
confirmations !!!!

3.    Their roles were meant only for that particular period of time ---- within the founding of The Church Herself

--- more particularly
when THE WORD OF GOD

had to come forth
from their mouths

and as GOD had intended to find way later into THE New COVENANT as Peter intended to stir our minds with --- by way of reminder as recorded in >>2nd Peter 3:2.  

HOWEVER, in this particular
PERIOD of TIME of

THE SPREAD of
THE CHURCH (already!)

• --- when THE New COVENANT is already in the compiled and written form as we have it

• we are to prophesy/teach with the very oracles of GOD

• or quote the very scriptures in our speaking (>>1st Peter 4:11).

The devil though has
succeeded in
making many believe

• their prophesying acts are needed through all generations

• contrary to the truth we have to believe

• in >>1st Corinthians 13:8-10

• --- as these many among us now(!)

insistently claim to speak
forth for GOD

• with their own words, peculiar terminologies, doctrines and quotations

• from their famed leaders

• referring to them as their biblical basis

• what Paul wrote in >>1st Corinthians Chapter14

• which they still have to realize

• were written to be obeyed specifically and particularly

• by those Christians living in that period of time

• before the canon of THE New COVENANT was established

• as we have it NOW!!! (Please refer to >>>T#033).

>> Revelation 2:2    There
are false apostles
these days of ours.

• They are those who assert strongly they are spreading THE WORD of GOD

and not their
own doctrines & practices

• at the same time desire an opportunity to be regarded just as the apostles were

• >>2nd Corinthians 11:12

• in the matter of their miracles which they are boasting.

>>2nd Corinthians 11:13-
15  ~ They unknowingly
disguise themselves as
angel of the light

• and we find it most difficult to tell

• they are disguising because

they are and have been with us

longer than we have been

in The Church

• --- their practices & their-kind-of-church working

• date back to the time Paul DECLARED such truth in (>>Acts 20:30).

>>Matthew 7:21-22     ~ They are those who
{1} invoke the name of
THE LORD JESUS

• {2} pre-occupy themselves

• {3} prophesying in HIS NAME, and

• {4} by repeated utterances of HIS NAME

• {5} drive out demons and

• {6} make their hearers

• {7} anticipate MANY MIRACLES

• ----- BUT yes, only at the very last day

• will some of them come to know these above 7 mistaken doings

• as to be judged "lawless-practisioners"

• then by JESUS HIMSELF ....

• (>>2nd Corinthians 5:10, >>>T#008).

• IN THIS our TIME,

• when we are not anymore in the time of the founding of THE CHURCH ----

but in the growth and spread
of THE CHURCH already,

• we are to “take the helmet of salvation and

• THE SWORD of The Spirit, which is THE WORD of GOD”

• (>>Ephesians 6:17) and

• we are to “walk through the faith, not by sight”

• (>>2nd Corinthians 5:7)

• of miracles of the kind described in

• (>>2nd Thessalonians 2:9-10) and

• THE LORD JESUS forbids ---

• we -- for the luck of knowledge about this particular thing

• may perish (>>Hosea 4:6)

• if we continue to refuse to love the truths

• contained herein in the above cited scriptures.

OF FAR GREATER
SIGNIFICANCE
FOR US INDIVIDUALLY

• ---- WE INDIVIDUALLY HAVE TO GO THROUGH

• THE ELEMENTARY TEACHINGS of THE CHRIST

• (>>>T#001 all the way to >>>T#008) and

• MAKE SURE WE HAVE THE INDWELLING of

• (>>>T#029) and

• THE LEADING of THE HOLY SPIRIT in us

• (>>>T#030)

• BE ABLE TO DISCERN & OBEY ALL THESE

• (>>Hebrews 5:12 - 6:3)!!!

IN THIS OUR TIME,
miracles are mistakenly

even made a “come on” 
for people to hear

THE WORD of GOD 

by some who still

do not acknowledge 

these scriptures 

as from GOD.

 
because
these miracles
are expressly prohibited

from being espoused
in and by

THE GOSPEL
according to Matthew)

[>>>P#058 & >>>P#059]--- 

• Their miracles PRECEDE THE WORD of GOD; or worse,

• precede their own SALVATION by believing-only GOOD NEWS

• as they go from place to place in their scheduled crusades.

Oh,
how
DIFFERENT
from that we
can closely
observe & compare
to
what are written in

THE New
COVENANT:

a) >>Acts 14:1-7    (note particularly verses 1 and 7, they gathered to preach

• and not do miracles).

    >>14:8-10    (note that while Paul was preaching to a crowd wherein the lame was listening to him; yet, upon eyeball to eyeball contact, the lame got miraculously cured!!!)

IT WAS NOT IN A
HEALING SESSION
ALTHOUGH THIS WAS
IN PUBLIC THAT THIS
MIRACLE HAPPENED!

b) >>Acts 5:12-14    (note that the apostles preoccupied themselves with preaching

• and out of their preachings ..... ensued miracles!!!)

    >>5:15-16    (note that the people then were not expecting a healing session wherein their sick was to be cured,

so UNLIKE TODAY--
when some,
as their way of expanding and
or planting new churches

• invite and gather the sick

• to an announced place

• to a long and well-planned gathering

• and there to expect miracles!)

IT WAS NOT JUST
THE ONE WHO WAS
MIRACULOUSLY
HEALED THAT
INSTANT THAT
BENEFITED FROM
THE MIRACLES  OF
THE HOLY SPIRIT
THRU THE APOSTLES
BUT ALL OF THE SICK
WHO CAME TO
WHERE THE
APOSTLES WERE
PREACHING!

c) >>Acts 28:7-9    (note that Paul healed this man

• of his recurring disease

• in the privacy of the sick man’s room.

• Note further that with this particular healing

• ---- all the sick in the island

• without any invitation from Paul

• came to where Paul continued preaching and

• all of them got cured !!!)

IT WAS NOT IN A
HEALING SHOW THAT
ALL OF THE SICK GOT
CURED! THE
PREACHERS HAVE
NOT COME TO HEAL
BUT TO PREACH THE
WORD OF GOD AND
YET THE LORD
CREATED A
SITUATION WHEREBY
ONE IS CURED AND
THE REST OF THE
SICK IN THE
SURROUNDING
PLACES CAME AND
GOT ALL CURED.
THERE WERE NO
ANNOUNCEMENTS,
INVITATION
POSTERS,
EXCITEMENT BUILD-
UPS, UTTERANCES
OF EXPECTATIONS 
BEFORE ALL THESE
WERE ALL CURED AS 
ORGANIZERS IN OUR
TIME DO!

ALL healing session-
crusade organizers today(!)

• excuse themselves from being unable to heal

• all the sick who went to their sessions

• by claiming those of them who have remained uncured

• as lacking in their faith.

Yet, THE BIBLE
is unmistakably clear

• that JESUS the CHRIST healed

• even he who KNEW HIM ---

• ONLY after he was miraculously cured by HIM

• and certainly did not have the faith in HIM

• at that particular time of healing (>>John 9:1-38).

For the miracle seekers
of our days, JESUS
is saying to them:

An evil and adulterous generation craves for a sign; and yet, no more confirmation will be given but the sign of Jonah the prophet.  --- >>Matthew 12:39

For those miracle show
organizers of our days

• who will not repent, [>>>P#077]

• JESUS will say to them then

• at ETERNAL JUDGMENT DAY:

“I never knew you.
Away from ME,
you evil doers!”
